Section I introduces the “practice position hold” and the important concepts of “frame” and “resistance”, along with five exercises to help you practice these concepts. Section II focuses on Turns: tuck turns, paddle turns - using your arms, finding your balance, and “spotting” your partner. Section III offers fun exercises in the visual connection; reading “the whole picture” while you’re dancing.
