This video is divided into 3 sections with each section designed to increase your skills as a social dancer. Whatever level of dancer you are, you will enjoy working on the many exercises this video offers. Section I introduces the “practice position hold” and the important concepts of “frame” and “resistance”, along with five exercises to help you practice these concepts. Section II focuses on Turns: tuck turns, paddle turns - using your arms, finding your balance, and “spotting” your partner.
