Shipping, Payment, Returns
and Video/DVD Format Information

In the U.S. we ship most items USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Some items ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. International orders ship Airmail or Global Priority.

Before entering any personal information, you can place items in the shopping cart to see what the shipping and handling will be. You can then remove items if you want.

UPS expedited orders must be in by 11:00 am Central Time to ship that day.

Some items cost more to ship, depending on the weight of the item, for example, videos that come in the nice hard plastic cases cost more to ship than the videos that have the cardboard sleeves. Baggy pants have a lot of material - they also cost a bit more because of weight. We try to keep the shipping and handling costs as fair as possible.

Special Shipping Needs: We will try our best to fulfill any special shipping requests, such as priority handling or faster USPS shipping. We generally charge $5.00 for this, and on larger orders $10.  

Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and money orders drawn from a U.S. bank (must have a 9 digit routing number), in dollars only.

Package Discounts: Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with coupon codes, automatic website discounts, or discounts received for flyers put out for us.

Back Orders: If an order exceeds $150, we will ship all items in stock and then ship the back ordered item at no charge. If the order is less than $150, we will ship all the items together unless it is requested to ship the stocked items first. This will cost an additional first item shipping charge.

Returns: Return unopened videos within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Return damaged videos within 30 days for replacement only. Exchange unworn clothes for different sizes within 30 days. Worn clothes or opened videos are not accepted for returns. Return other merchandise in "like new" condition in original packing within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Restocking fees may apply.

Package discounts or sale prices are not always combinable with other offers, specials or discounts. All prices are subject to change.

Secure Shopping Online: Our shopping cart is a secure shopping cart. After you enter your name and address you will be prompted to click to continue to the secure server. Once you are there you will see a submit payment form. This is the secure part of the shopping site. You can be assured it is secure by looking at the URL - the address changes to an HTTPS address, instead of just HTTP (without the S at the end). You will also see a gold lock usually at the bottom right hand side of your browser. When you submit your credit card information, the numbers are encrypted and safely sent to us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Privacy Statement: TC Swingin' Hepcats does not sell any personal information you provide to us when placing an order. Our mailing lists are kept private. We need to have contact information for credit card processing and in case there is a mix-up with an order, but your phone number, address, email address and credit information never leaves our office.

Shipping Posters Internationally: We ship our posters in durable tubes. However, because of the longer distance it has come to our attention that the shifting which occurs underway can cause slight damage to the sides of the posters. We guarantee all posters to arrive in good condition in the United States, but unfortunately, internationally we cannot.

Video Format: All of our videos are in NTSC (American) format. Most newer international VCR models will play both NTSC and PAL formats.

DVD Format: Our DVDs are in international format, but they are not all MAC compatible. Those that are MAC compatible are marked.
